Founded by Cassandra Burton-Francis, an experienced hospitality professional, Island to Inn Hospitality Solutions was created with a simple purpose: to help hospitality businesses access dependable temporary staff when they need additional support.

We provide temporary staffing solutions designed to help hospitality businesses navigate staffing shortages, busy seasons, increased demand, special events, and unexpected workforce needs. Our Story
Originally from the Caribbean and now rooted in South Carolina, Cassandra built her hospitality career from the ground up — from frontline service to General Manager. After witnessing firsthand how staffing shortages impact guest satisfaction, team morale, and operational consistency, she created Island to Inn Hospitality Solutions to offer a dependable, flexible solution for properties that need temporary support without long‑term hiring commitments.
